I walked past the American Swiss branch in the new burgersfort mall on Friday 14 June eyeing a fossil watch marked for R1499. Again on Saturday 15 June, saw it and it was marked R1499. Today Wednesday 19 June I decided I'm gonna buy it. Walked into the shop and they told me the price is R2499. They told me its a human error. I phoned customer care and was told everything gets packed away at night and repacked in the morning, but it is a human error! How do you blame it on human error if it gets repacked every morning for 5 days and still priced wrong?
