Hi! I was offered a settlement Discount by VVM Attorneys of 25% if I settle my account, I spoke to various consultants for them to capture the discount I accepted..they explained to me that it is captured and I then made the payment at Edgars that was agreed on with the discount.. I then received a sms and mail telling me that I have an outstanding balance of R658.43 which is impossible cause I was offered a settlement discount.. a lady that i last spoke to explained that it was a mistake and that they will fix it AND that I have nothing to worry about.. are you guys tricking us in paying? I want this sorted out by end of next week as this was not a mistake from my side and will take further action if I have to...
