I have received an sms saying that edgars instructed to give me a 20 % discount on my settlement. After paying the settlement they refused to pay back my refund of 400. I have proof of the settlement letter and proof of my payment. Christine told me that I will receive my refund within 14 working days. I did not recieve my money yet. Estelle Benson sent an email yesterday telling me that a discount is a concession and not a priviledge!!! This is ridiculous. Why are you scamming customers? This is not fair toward us customers.
