Edgars River Square is useless

I was as Edgars River Sqaure on Sunday 10.03.2013. I bought shoes which had been incorrectly labelled, so i had the transaction cancelled. I was given a credit note saying the money would be back in my account the following day, Monday nothing happens so i phone and they say Tuesday.
Tuesday, still nothing in my account, now they woman tells me 2-3 working days.
Today is now day 4, the money is not in my account and no one can help!!
USELESS...
