At around 9 am on Monday I got a call from Simon from the Incredible Connection Head Office who listened to my concern.
In less than 30 minutes Martin from the Cresta called and the complaint was resolved courteously, promptly and efficiently.
As a cautionary to Incredible Connection I suggest that as a rule when returns may involve a "handling fee" the sales people should make that clear to the customers - it will avoid unpleasant surprises.
But well done to Incredible Connection for restoring our long standing relationship.
