Incredible lack of customer service & bad attitude

I went all the way out of my way to Cape Gate's Incredible Connection, today 26 April 2013, to buy a 32GB Lexar USB flashdrive, which was advertised for R149-95 from 25 to 28 April 2013. I was told they are sold out with no more stock (3 days before the promotion ends!!) and they can't do anything and won't order one for me either! This is Incredible pathetic service, not to mention against consumer laws to be out of stock 3 days before the promotion ends! Your Incredible bad customer service cost me petrol, time and upset.
