On Tuesday 12 March 2013 I went to the Checkers Brooklyn store to purchase supplies for our office. When the cashier rang up my goods, she mistakenly added my personal items, because i was busy talking to someone. For work purposes our petty cash office does not accept the till slip if personal items is reflected. i then asked the lady to please redo the process so that my personal item would be on a separate till slip. She then indicated that a manager would have to assist. After waiting for about 20 minutes Mary Mohlalowa (Stock Management) came and insulted me and shouting at me by saying i did this on purpose and that am giving her a lot of trouble and work to do. I am a paying customer and feel she has no right to insult me in front of other customer and your staff, as if i am a child / criminal. i expect management of a store to treat their customers with respect, if they lack the necessary peoples skills training should be provided by their company.
