I have been a Checkers customer for years, but in the almost 4 years of the Galleria branch I have NEVER received good service there. On Sunday at about 13:00 I bought two items from the Win instant cash promo. At the till I didn't receive any thing to tell me if I have won or not. When I questioned the cashier she had no idea. I asked a front controller and she told me the competition ended last week!?
I turned my attention to a manager, she informed me that their system doesn't print the third slip every time, only every fifth or sixth time... How do you run a big CASH competition like this and your system doesn't work??
I returned the items bought and the manger took down my details.
I turned to twitter to complain; I DM my details to Checkers as I was asked. And to this day no one came back to me on this?
Checkers Hyper in Galleria must have the worst customer service EVER!
This isn't the first incident I have had with this store, and I'm sure it won't be the last. Sad that customers are worth nothing for Checkers!
