Most of our kitchen appliances were bought at Boardmans, so today wanted to spoil my wife because she saw a very nice Blender there and I went there. Firstly there was no one assisting any customers and I was there for almost half an hour trying to convince myself to choose the right blender. For all that time I was there, the was about 5 to 6 staff members sitting on the tills busy chatting.
While I busy trying to find a blender then I saw this very nice Morphy Richards Blender with a price tag of R799.00 which I decided to buy, but when I got to the tills the cashier told me that the price is R899.00 then I show her the price and she manage to sort that, without opening the box to check if everything was there, they just put my blender in bag and I left the store. When I got home my wife was so happy only to find out that there is no instruction manual book as stated outside the box that there is a free instruction manual book.
For me to spend so much money and only to find that a simple thing like an instruction manual is not there, I'm asking myself whether did I make a right decision to buy from Boardsmans and what else is not included in that box - Morphy Richards
