Poor service

I applied for a 12month subscription in october2012 of R75 charged at R66, to date it has never been loaded on my cellphone and im still being billed- last billing 07march2013. I requested cancellation countless times and on the system they say its cancelled but why am i still being billed. iv been refunded or so they say and still complaining. I AM ON MATERNITY LEAVE FOR GOODNESS SAKE THEN THEY STRESS ME WITH SUCH RUBBISH AFTER I THOUGHT IT WAS RECTIFIED.

i called RMCS and spoke Wesley on the (18-10-13)

1ST CALL FROM REFUNDS DEPT 04/04/13 BY CHARMAINE REF: CHARMAINE
WESLEY CALLED FROM COMPLAINTS 07/03/13 AND RESOLVED NOTHING

IV BEEN ON LEAVE SINCE 1 DEC 12, I'll b returning to work and still no luck or compensation but a late charge fee of R2.91, refund that? SIES
