I am pleased to write this letter to express my satisfaction with the services of your company and the installation team who installed a new laminated timber floor in my home on 18 February 2013.
The flooring of our newly renovated home, was in my opinion, the simplest of some unconventional installations that was undertaken, yet you provided the most professional service of all service providers involved in the undertaking.
I was also impressed by the Traviata representative, who also came to my home at the outset of the installation to ensure all was in order, and his acknowledgement of the error on the part of the supplier in this matter and quick action to rectify the matter.
All parties acted in a most professional manner which has set the benchmark for service delivery for me. I have already referred your company to others, such is my confidence in your service.
