I applied for an account online about two weeks ago, now on the online application form they say that it can take up to 3 days to process, then I received a response back via email within 5 min stating: "SCORING CRITERIA NOT MET".
I couldn't understand, because its financed through Mr Price Money Group, and I have an account with Mr Price, which I pay every month, even more than the installment. So I emailed them and got a response back that T.M spoke to her supervisor who said no don't worry it's because the number reflected on their side as 13 numbers, I should just re-apply online and then I can contact T.M. directly and she would process my application.
Now again after about 5min I received an email again saying that "SCORING CRITERIA NOT MET" so I emailed T.M directly asking her what is going on and that I am getting fed up with this, as I am a good payer, now almost a week later, still no response...
And to be honest I can just say thank goodness, because I don't want an account with Sheet Street anymore!!! So please do not revise or accept my application now, I also do not wish to be contacted in this regard.
Thank you for making me realise that SS is not worth it to me
