This company is selling software that is suppose to assist you regarding decisions on the JSE (Johannesburg Stock Exchange) which would give one the sense that they are a reputable information systems company. I bought the software from them, but told them that I need to do my homework on the company and the software, which they agreed to, afterwhich if I am not satisfied with the company or software, I may cancel the contract. Their terms and conditions state that you may cancel the contract within 7 working days after you signed, and that you should receive the the software the following day via courier (software contract also to cancelled within 7 days). I did my homework on them, and could not find any reputable outcome from the company or the software, which led me to the decision to cancel the contract (2 working days after signing). I cancelled the contract about five times, and only after the 7th day they told me that I cannot cancel the contract, and that they won't pay my money back (R18400). These are absolutely unprofessional and a bunch of. Please STAY AWAY from them. I am in the process of filing alawsuits agaist them.
