KIC CHEST FREEZER REF S280282

I am so disappointed with the treatment which I getting from KIC. I bought a Chest Freezer from OK Furniture (White River). When I connected it it did not get cold, so I waited for 24 hours as per the manual. After waiting I contacted KIC from the numbers on the manual and they said they will send a technician to help me with the connections. The technicians failed to get it work and said he was taking the fridge to their offices. My understanding was that they are going to replace the unit but to my surprise they are trying to repair the unit. This was a brand new item and if I had taken it to OK furnitures they said they would have given me a brand new fridge, but unfortunately KIC had already taken the unit. I keep on calling the call centre and they are telling to wait for the repairs it's now a week and I had bought this unit brand new. I call their office in Nelspruit and the manager refused to speak to me. I spoke to a lady called Iddy and she said the manager said I must wait for the repairs. Please assist me because I never used this unit and the call centre can not help and the branch manager does not want to speak to me. Their number is 013 752 5648
