Please refund all my money

I purchased a bedroom suite on 26 January 2013 and was promised delivery 2weeks later since the pedestals were out of stock by Frank. The 2 weeks passed and i phoned and i was promised within 3days.. 2days later i was phone by Elize from the head office who made the same promise which ended in another lie. They both kept on telling me that the staff is an import and they are still waiting. Frank kept on lying to me up to a point that he told me the delivery in on the way the day i phoned.(4March). I then phoned the following day to check what happened to the delivery. I was told by Michael that Frank is not available. Michael then took up this as i wanted to cancel and wasnt interested anymore. Michael sent me the cancellation form which i completed and sent it back and he confirmed he received it and he has forwarded it to the Head Office. 2 days later i phone and Michael told me the same story. I phoned the head office and spoke to Suzzete who said she will get back to me and never did, and Michael did the same. Today i phond Michael and left a message and nothing happened. I spoke to Smiso at head office and he said he never received any cancellation from Atterbury.
