In January 2013 I booked the hall for the 30 November 2013. The function was cancelled so I had to cancel the hall. My cousin booked the hall in her name cause I couldn't take off work to get my bank statement. My cousin got a bank statement in her name than she gave it to Michael we waited for over 3 weeks, than when I queried Michael told me there was an error on the statement. She gave Michael another statement. We waited another 3 weeks when I phoned Michael he said my cousin never gave him a statement she put a request in for a cheque. When I asked my cousin she said he she gave him a second statement. Michael only phone afterwards and saying saying there was an error on statement so he put a request in for a cheque. Now that was 2 weeks ago. I phoned head office at 011 407 6731 I spoke to Allie he had no idea about the request for the cheque and said Michael is the only person who can query. He took my name &contact no and my cousins name and contact no stating he must first investigate. What really me off is when the hall is booked they want their money immediately, but I am waiting so long and yet I paid cash. This really needs to be looked into. Im
