I was harassed, threatened and being to in black and white from managers and employees from FNB. Numerous correspondence took place. I requested an apology from the CEO Michael Jordaan.
Somebody from the CEO's office contacted me some time ago and I was asked to send documentation through regarding my complaint.
The complaint and documentation was sent through addressed to Michael Jordaan in the beginning of December. I got an out of office reply but nothing since.
The importance of this in context, is that the CEO Michael Jordaan stated on Radio 702 the no. 1 priority for his bank is, 'customer satisfaction' Is this a joke or what? Michael Jordaan practice what you preach.
