Early 2013 I bought a Hudson table and chairs from House and Home, This month I bought 2x desks from them. Each time Michael has gone out of his way to help me, he kept me up to date with the status of delivery by phoning me, he even phoned the day after the deliveries to follow up and to hear if I am happy with the service and the product. Wow Michael! Awesome awesome service!!
There was a hickup with another employee with the first order (his name was Grenville, Grenville gave me bad service), but Michael took ownership of the situation and turned it into a very positive experience for me and sorted out the situation very quickly and effectively.
House and Home, Michael is definitely a great asset to your company, hopefully you make him a manager very quickly :)
