Payment not reflecting
This is the second incident that has happened to me at this branch. I purchased a gift voucher 3 years back & money was not loaded on the gift card & which I never complained about. Today I received an sms stating that my Edgars account is overdue. I phoned customer services as I made payment on 02/03/2013 for the amount of R1000.00. They informed me that it is not reflecting. I do not know what the cashiers are doing with the cash as it is not going into my account. Now today I have to go out of my way to Boardmans to get this sorted out. This is unacceptable!!!
