Payment not reflecting

On 18 April I quired with Eva at boardmans centurion about a payment not reflecting in my account. I made two payments on 02/01/2013. I made payments for 130 and 150. The 130 payment appears and the 150 does not. She forwarded the email to edcon, edocn did not assit. Today I phoned edocn i was sent from pillar to post, I even sent email to Lizel towers, the supervisor. The problem is they say i dont have a receipt. Although they could see two payments on my statement they said they cant help if I dont have a slip.

This is wrong in so many ways, boardmans decucted two payments 130 and 150 but the 150 does not appear. my statemnet is not enough to show that I have paid. My question is why are they not considering the 150 payment, as it appears on the statement. I have been sent from pillar to post, by Edcon. please help.from what i see they cant explain why my 150 dont appear in my account. How do they balance theyir books.
