We bought furniture in december, and we received broken stock from the showroom, we have been complaining sins then, first months premium has been paid and still sitting with broken furniture. Kevin informed us that they will give R1 000-00 discount and new chest of draws will be deliverd soon, still waiting. ive worked for bears group in the past and i know there policy once a contract has been signed you are not allowed to change the contract. (2) stock on floor is not allowed to be sold to anyone unless clearly stated in contract that he/she accept the goods as is. Bears groups normally sell there showroom furniture on special auctions or specifyde second hand stores to retrieve cost on the furniture that has been on showroom floors. i am highly dissapointed in Pierre & Kevin from Parkrand branch do they think i must pay for goods full price and life with second best furniture.
