Supply of poor quality furniture twice

I visited Baby Furniture Direct towards the end Aug13 to choose a cot and chest of drawers for the arrival of my 3rd baby. Immediately chose the tiffany sleigh cot and matching drawers, paid a deposit. I agreed for delivery on130913.I informed Sandra that I was concerned about being supplied defective goods and as such will only make the balance due payment after I received my babys new furniture. She then got her superior Rose to call me to explain the company policy. So I agreed to pay the balance on their word that the goods will be perfect.the goods were delivered full of scratches dents and poorly stained and crafted. I asked for a replacment, the second delivered 200913 also very poorly crafted.after complaining to Sandra and asking for the owner to contact me, I have had zero feedback. During the assembly of the replacment set the Baby furniture team damaged my floors. now I sit with a defective cot chest of drawersdamaged floors R7850 down and NO response from Baby furniture direct to date.i visited the branch and showed Sandra the pics of my damaged floors and complained that I was not happy. I have sent 4emails detailing this to her without response. I do not recommend them.
