June this year i bought R20000 furniture an on the day of delivery it was damaged, i asked them to change it they said yes till today they have not done anything about the complain, later on i found out they were somethings i didn't agree to on my contract an the goods that were delivered to my place were DISPLAY GOODS, i then told them to cancel the contract till today i m still fighting with them to do they job, i will never ever buy anything from bears the service is so bad i wouldn't even take furniture from them if they were giving it for free. they need to take they staff to customer service training, starting from cleaners to management.
