Airtime on my Edgars account last year costed me many fustrating calls to Edgars, when you call Edgars to query issues you are never assisted or transferred to someone that can assist. instead you are given alternative numbers, which when getting through you are told is not the area that can assist. Or you are felt holding until you hang up.
last year after much pain I got a issue on my account resolved. I again find myself with an account statement that reflects an OTA prepaid voucher register that I asked to be blocked over and over again. Called the call centre and was left holding for over 5 minutes until I hanged up now I see no other option but to close my account.
