Appalling Customer Service

I have been trying to get clarification on certain charges reflected on my Edgars Account statement. I have been calling the call cente since early May on numerous occasions... being on hold for more than an hour on one occasion, finally getting thro to agents on two occasions, who told me they will get back to me yet never bothered to do so. I have also emailed them many times and to date no one has had the decency to address my query or even to acknowledge my emails. The call centre agent actually put the phone down on a lady at Customer service at the Brooklyn Branch who was trying to assist me. The customer service by the call centres is disgusting! On occasion, they would pick up, you can even hear conversations going on in the background yet no-one will attend to you!
