You need a lot of time to hold on for a response!

Don't bother calling the Absa Financial Advisor Call Centre 0860111555. I held on for 1/2 hour, a call centre agent answered, introduced herself and then dropped the call. I called back and held on for a further 35 minutes! Is this a case of high call volumes or too little staff?
