Extremely Bad Service from incompetent Manage

On Friday 15/11/2013 I went Morkels and purchased entertainment unit cash. I was promised to receive the unit on Saturday however due to warehouse being closed at the time of the purchase they were unable to fulfil the promise and this was only brought to my attention after I called and enquired. Monday the unit was also not delivered. Tuesday I called again to enquire about the delivery and was advised that the unit was damaged at warehouse. I requested for a refund so I can purchase the unit somewhere else. However I was advised that I will only get my refund on Saturday as they need customers to pay their account in order for the store to be able to refund me.???
I went to the store where I wanted to speak to manager personally as it does not make sense to me that I paid cash but I must wait for other people to get my money back, the manager had no sympathy for me but was adamant about the stupid process which was never explained at the beginning of the sale. I requested for Head offices contact details and was told that head office is closed, time being 2:55pm, I got hold of the head office details via internet and called the H/O only to find they @ close at 5pm.
