I have an account at the above branch. I bought a Sansui media player on 27th December 2012 for R500 and returned it the next day because it didn't suit my needs. Greg took it back promising to credit my account and said it was not necessary for any paperwork. After that I have been sent an account for the R500 every month. After numerous phone calls to Greg he asked me to come to the branch on Sunday 10 March to sort out the problem once and for all. I don't have a car and it took me two taxis to get there only to find that he did not come to work as he was supposed to.
I beg you to kindly reverse the debit as Its unfair to expect me to pay for something that I returned. I cannot be held responsible for your staff member who is either incompetent or dishonest or both.
