When i phoned him he asked me if the box was sealed and i said no. I thought the box was open because he checked the box before selling it to me. He said that he must've given me a returned machine and I must bring it back. I told him I'm working and it's inconvenient for me and he must make a plan. Then he asked me why i didn't check that the box was sealed. Furiously, I told him that he is the salesman and shouldn't have sold me an unsealed box!! He should've checked if the box was sealed. I refused to drive back to Canal Walk to do the swap out since he sold me a used machine as new!! What incredible corruption!!
After long arguments and time wasted on the phone he organized for me to do a swap out at V&A Waterfront. This was better since its closer but still valuable time being wasted. At the waterfront the manager on duty was very helpful and swapped the computer for us with no hassles. She showed me the new box is sealed and then opened it and helped us to set it up. She made it all better!!
