Payment made, won't clear goods

So i bought a laptop today at Computer Mania Canal Walk. I went to them because Incredible Connection's attitude and after sale customer service was not great.

An EFT was done, and proof of payment was supplied. I was told i must wait until they get the payment cleared on their side.

Basically, i just wasted my time, petrol and money going to pick up my already-paid for laptop, only to be told i can't get it.

I may as well have just spent my R7000 at Incredible Connection. At least they accept a bank verified proof of payment.
