I would like to report that I am not impressed by the service your Exclusive Books affords its online customers.
I placed an order on 27.2.2013, paid for it on 28.2.2013 and emailed proof of payment to the email address supplied on the site. I received an automated response saying that my mail was received but no other information. Also note that I have never received a response from any queries that I've made..
Today, when I called to follow up on when I would receive my order (they are e-books) as they are a gift, I was informed that the person responsible for checking EFT payments is not working today, which is a Saturday, and I must wait until next week before I can receive the books I ordered because no-one else could do it in her absence.
I have to tell you that this is simply not good enough. My next question would be: why they are open on a saturday if no-one can assist customers with queries until the following week anyway? I have been a loyal customer with Exclusive Books for many years and I am very dissapointed in their online and call center's service. Maybe its time to shop elsewhere?
