This is to inform every one who wants to purchase cellphones at american swiss or the foschini group..i purchased the handset at a amercan swiss in plettenberg bay and was told that if uit is faulty it can be exchanged within the 7 days if its after 7 days iy willbe sent in for repairs... today i went in to the pe brach and they wouldnt help me at all ..telling me its policy to send for repairs... this is a new handset, and in the past when purchasing a handset i exchanged it at markams..so wen did this change... i will be in contact with a attorney to deal with my matter, obviously they dont care about the consumer protection act... if i wanted a faulty handset i would off bought a secongd hand one
