On Saturday 09.03.2013 I went to cash converters N1 City Value Centre to sell a necklace. I stood in a queue for 30 mins only to be treated like a criminal. I was asked things like "is this gold? " "How much do you want for it? " "Where did you get it? " " Why do you want to sell it? " I was of the impression cash converters buys gold and jewelry and they would weigh it and give a price at the rate they buy gold at and as a mother in need I opted to sell the only valuble thing I have only to be interegated amd sent off to find valuation certificate. I left feeling disgruntle, ashamed and embarassed. Please tell me this is not how people who sell they belongs are treated. Please tell we as a society has not lost all respect for one another. I definately wont be going back there anytime soon! DISGUSTED
