My name is Maureen. I took my watch for "replacing glass and checking" on 25th October 2013 and it was fixed for R930.00. Just two weeks ago the battery went flat. Now I went to them saying that the watch is still under guarantee for six months. The white guy that helped me said the battery is not under guarantee so I need to bring the watch so that they can check it because something is wrong. But the quote they did was for glass replacing and checking, so why should I bring it back again for checking and obvioulsy going to pay again, after paying R930.00? I know that you cant give a guarantee for the battery but I dont think a battery should last two months if it is of good quality. The white guy who helped me just dismissed me saying there is nothing he can do. I was so off I just left. This is really a rip off and the least this guy can do is just to give me a new battery.
