I applied for credit at house and home last week saturday - did all the paper work, filed everything - and was told I need to wait 2 - 3 days before I get a response. I waited a week and was only informed today that my application was declined because of unstable employment and yet the sales consultant knew when I was applying for the account that I have only been working for a few months. If this is a standard policy with House and Home, WHY DIDN'T HE JUST TELL ME THAT INSTEAD OF WASTING MY TIME FOR A WEEK!
HOUSE AND HOME ARE PATHETIC!
