Im very disgusted in the way house and Home is handling my online shopping application..
i think its alot of .. when ever you call 0114567000 no ones answers your call.. when they do answer they put you through to sumone but no one evers answers your call..''

well i did all the requirements required from online shopping, where they told me that there is a difference thats need to be paid into House Home Standard Bank Account, so the next thing i did was i walked into a Standard Bank depositing the cash straight from a Standard Bank into House Home Standard Bank Account.. (and i faxed proof of payment to online shopping) come on now i get told that it takes 48hrs to clear!! that is utter nonsense it will be available immediately.. now i wonder if its not a .. but now i must wait for the money to clear after 48hrs then they will proceed with final documentation.. so i guess i will only get my product end on next week.. this is really pathetic. i cant beleive this they way of doing busniness. or maybe you must employee, e to come and kick, looks like you under staffed or incompetant staff
