My first online order gone wrong

I am extremely disappointed that my first online order was not delivered in the allocated time slot. I ordered flowers and a gift for my sister, and select a specific time slot where I know she'd be home. When i called to follow up, I discovered that the order would be late. I called again an hour later to discover that the order was now an hour later that the allocated time slot. They missed my sister and ruined the surprise. Very disappointing. Iwill definitely think twice before trying to order using Woollies online ordering service again. Come one Woollies, this is definitely not the quality service I've come to expect from you!
