I ordered online on Sunday and chose a slot for Wednesday on purpose. I get a phonecall on Tuesday that PnP tried to debit my account and failed. If I wanted you to debit my account on the 25th I would have chosen a slot on that day. Why do you want to debit my account a day before I get to enjoy the groceries? Why do you want to bank my money a day earlier. I was determined to go Woolies or Checkers today because no-one came back to me as was promised by Philisiwe. Unfortunately for me it started to rain and I swallowed my pride and went online to select a different slot. Guess what, when I logged off, the delivery cost had doubled from the R75 that was quoted when I selected the slot!!! Come on PnP, you must be better than that!
