Humiliation - false accusation of

From the time of entry into the store we were being watched and followed by the staff... it was very awkward for us but we carried on shopping.by the time we were leaving we got stopped at the door by the securities and the manager and we were told to go back to the fitting rooms, we were searched from the bags to underwears. the manager accused us of but they didn't find anything. we asked for an apology because we were embarrassed but she refused saying she was suspecting us because we spent too much time in the store. all the workers and customers were there, it was very embarrassing.
