I bought an item of clothing (pyjamas) and somehow left the bottom half of the set in the store after paying for it and went home. I called the store as soon as I got home and recieved atrocious service from the lady that answered (I had to call back three times). I had lost hope of ever getting the item of clothing and of ever being assisted. However, the following week I walked into the store and went straight to customer services and was bowled over by the enthusiastic staff. I was told to sit down and they would handle everything. The lost item was retrieved and handed to me with absolutely no hassle. Unfortunately, I did not take the name of the lady assisting me but I really wish that I did. She needs to be commended for her excellent work ethic. Such a pleasure to receive that level of service in this country.
