Hi would like to voice my discust at the service we received in the Identity clothing shop in Gateway yesterday the 26th May.
I went into this shop with my two girls aged 11 and 5 years old and my husband to look around.
My two girls decided they wanted to buy an item each from the accessory section so they went to stand in the que side by side and I kept a close watch on them while I looked at some clothing items close by with my husband.
My girl qued and waited their chance to pay for the item but then got told by the young cashier girl that the had to go que at the other end which they and and stood and waited again to be called to pay.
In the mean time the same Cashier girl took another lady from the other end who did not que at all had just walked straight to the counter and just ignored my girls and left them standing. She entred from where my girls had been told to move from.
The cashier proceed to check this lady through and ignoring my girls which she had sent to the other end.
It was total disrespect to my two young girls so I immediately see all of this from where I was standing and told my girls to leave there item back and left the store. Total disrespect...
