On 07/08/13 i purchased a large amount of clothing from the above store. On the 08/08/13 i went to the store to get a refund for 1 item and exchange another item for some other piece of clothing.
i purchased R500 worth of clothes in a day and they were all to be used as gifts [not for myself].
on asking the attendant, she merely tells me i cannot get my money pack nor exchange the item for a different item of different value, 'greater or less' . this is highly odd and i felt as if i was now forced into settling for something i did not want.
further to this i did not damage any goods and everything was in the same carrier that i purchased it in.
i was given to talk to the 'boss' Johan and he was very adamant saying his system does not allow and that platinum companies do the same and also that the shop in question is a 'clearance' store.
merely because it is a factory shop. any other factory shop would gladly take these goods back!
