Despicable service

Appalled with the service from Ellan at customer care! Bought conditioner, the price of the Levive light gloss conditioner said R28, 99 at the till it scanned through at R40. I went back to the shelf and went to fetch the elvive gloss light 200ml conditioner price tag. Went to customer care and while I am waiting for Ellan to finish with the person in front of me, a man comes and asks her for airtime! She finishes with the previous lady and serves this guy while I have waiting in the queue for over 10 minutes. I show her my slip and the price tag, she tells me I have the wrong product. I show her the bar code tag says the exact thing, she says the barcode is different. Instead of allowing me to show her the price of all the conditioners on the shelf by elvive, she asks me to show another lady who works at pick n pay! She says the problem and removes all the R28.99 tags for over 5 different types of conditioners. I go back to the lady, however there has not been one apology for wasting my time or apologizing for saying I have the incorrect product! She makes me fill in the book and then refunds me R10.10cents. I then tell her pick n pay policy is full refund! She says no!
