Dear Foschini

I received a Foschini gift voucher. I went on the 5 march 2013 to collect it and there was no stock. The assistance from the store was bad. There was no sort of customer help. I left my number and requested to be called when stock would be available.

Foshini Blue Route called on the 6 march 2013 and I went for collection.

The fragrance was still out of stock in the requested amount.
The assistant asked if I had an account and suggested i take the bigger one and pay in the difference.

My unhappiness was the lack of assistance and the manner in which I was dealt with. There was no assistance from any manger to either search for stock at another branch or even attempt to sort out the situation.
It costs me traveling to and from the store and their unprofessional manner angered me.

The fact that this is a gift makes all these efforts worse and i would not recommend anyone to use this option as one is treated neglectfully.

Why would i want to pay for something i received as a gift?! And especially for something that wasn't my error to begin with.

They did nothing to assist even though it was their error and they made me drive there for nothing.
