We went to the store to buy a gift from the gift register only to be told that we had to access it our selves online.
We did this on our cellphone and were still unable to access it, we asked for assistance from three ladies that were on the floor, one of which was the store manager.
The response we received was "oooh ek weet nie! " coming straight from the manager and we were then told to go to the back of the store to find someone who would assist us. The floor assistant that did eventually assist us tried her best but we left without any joy as we still could not access the gift register.
Later on the same day we went to the Vincent Park store for assistance and to our surprise we were assisted promptly, the register was printed for us and we were able to purchase the gift.
From a manager this was disgusting service and attitude, she should be ashamed of herself for putting the company's name to shame like that!
