On 4 Occasions in the last year I have been to the Mac counter at Foschini Century City and they have been out of stock of the NW20 Fluid Foundation
The last 2 occasions - the first being on the 24 February 2013 just before I was leaving for a Cruise they were out of stock and said they would be getting in that week - I went back on the 28 March 2013 (A MONTH LATER) and again they were out of stock - they took my number and said they would call me when stock arrived and I am still waiting for that call??? They have also previously taken my phone number and again no phone call to tell me the new stock had arrived??? So WHAT is the point of taking my number???
I emailed Danielle Franken who is the manager for that area and of course I have had NO response from her either
Surely if the Product is popular you should up your stock??? Very SIMPLE
I am seriously sick and tired of the bad service and lack of Stock from the MAC counter
I will be changing my brand and take my business else where
