Disappointed & Furious

I bought a fridge and washing machine from Dion Wired Mall of the North. No problem with taking our money and making a sale. However, the fridge is a no plumbing water & ice dispenser. Anyway the dispenser does not dispense water or ice. I reported this on the second day and was told they need my slip and delivery note. I climbed into my car and drove to the store to give a copy of the documents. I was told LG would do a 'collect & exchange' because the fridge was still brand new. Well, its a week later and guess what??? still no delivery of my new unit. I phone daily and complain but it doesn't seem to bother the store manager. I will never support Dion Wired again. So disappointed & frustrated.
