AFTER EXPERIENCING REPAIR ISSUES WITH A TWO MONTH OLD SAMSUNG TV PURCHASED THE REPAIR AGENTS/SAMSUNG NOT BEING WILLING TO TAKE THE TV AWAY AS PROMISED SINCE IT WAS NOT ABLE TO BE FIXED ON SITE.
THE STORE MANAGER DANVEER AND MICHAEL TOGETHER WITH THE SALEPERSON SUNIL TIMEOUSLY REMEDIED THE SITUATION AND PASSED ME A CREDIT TO GET A REPLACEMENT AT THE STORE AS PROMISED.
I AM GRATEFUL AND PLEASED AT THE SERVICE I RECEIVED AT DION WIRED ON THIS ISSUE.
