I did some online shopping from Toys R Us, and received 3 of the 4 products I bought in good time, unfortunately the large pack of nappies I bought was not included. My order number was 6106147. I have sent 3 emails requesting resolution/help in this regard, and not had a single response yet after 3 weeks. They request you to send any questions to [Email Removed] Is there somewhere else I should be directing this problem to?
