I concur with Stumpedn, it seems as if most edgars employees were trained for bad customer service. Just try going to Brooklyn and Eastgate branch for instance, regardless of the huge queue they would still be one cashier. This is very annoying and irritating; you actually beg them to pay. Without us customers they can be jobless but no they seem to think that they are doing us a favour. Retailers such as Mr. Price, woolies and even pep store have a great customer service; they always have cashiers on standby ready to assist their customers. Edcon should instill good customer service into their people.
